Thank you for choosing a Bathroom Mode product. Our staff will be happy to advise on the product best suited to your needs. All of our cabinets are constructed from solid oak wood and marble bench tops and in most cases are hand crafted and hand finished in keeping with traditional furniture making techniques. Therefore as these are natural products, each piece may be different and natural imperfections may be evident in measurements and finishing’s. Colours as shown on our photographs are displayed differently on every monitor and computer system. As such, colours displayed should be considered a guide rather than an accurate representation of the actual finish.

However you can have complete confidence ordering on-line, sight unseen. We stand by the quality and finish of our products, and we have a growing number of satisfied clientele, often reordering more pieces.

Our products have a standard, two year warranty on manufacturing faults. Quality after sales service is also available for the replacement of individual parts and accessories. Bathroom Mode is not responsible for the condition of items that has been used inappropriately.

QUOTATIONS

A quotation is not to be construed as an obligation to sell but merely an invitation to buy. There is no contractual relationship until the trader accepts the buyers order in writing and/or accepts a deposit / payment to proceed to supply the goods. If acceptance of the quotation exceeds (30) days, quoted prices will need to be confirmed. The delivery costs are a guide only and will be confirmed at time of actual order.

Bathroom Mode relies on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer when preparing a quotation for the required supply quantities. Bathroom Mode cannot be held liable for any omissions in supply quantities due to inaccurate information. The customer must inspect this quotation to ensure the quoted supply quantities comply with requirements.

ORDERING

Your written purchase and/or deposit is confirmation of your order and is binding to Bathroom Mode terms and conditions and we do not exchange or refund for change of mind. Bathroom Mode accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express (surcharges may apply), direct deposit, and PAY PAL. When a deposit has been paid, a contract has been entered into and the trader may be entitled to retain all or part of your deposit. This can vary, depending on time spent on the transaction and work involved, so as to compensate the trader for this time. Orders for goods that have arrived in stock must be collected / delivered within two weeks. If the goods have not been collected / delivered within this time frame, a courtesy call will be made. Goods not collected or delivered within this period may incur a storage fee determined by, and at the discretion of Bathroom Mode. All goods remain the property of Bathroom Mode until such time and Bathroom Mode reserves the right to cancel an order and retain the deposit received and resell the items if no instructions have been received within an appropriate timeframe. Arrival / shipping times are quoted in good faith, but we are not responsible for unseen delays in manufacturing and shipping and we will endeavour to advise when such delays occur.

No refunds will be provided on orders once the deposit has been paid. At the time of the final payment being made the bathroom furniture will be ordered in for you. It can take up to 10 weeks to receive the item into our warehouse however in most cases it is earlier than this. We can then commence coordination of transport for you.

PRICING

All prices are subject to rise and fall in accordance with Bathroom Mode’s current suppliers’ recommended prices or Government levied increase without notice. Bathroom Mode is entitled to take action to recover the balance owing of an invoice. The client shall be responsible for any costs incurred by Bathroom Mode to recover this money including legal costs, solicitor’s fees, court costs, bailiff’s fees and fees paid to debtor collector.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind. Once an order has been paid for we apologise that refunds cannot be provided.

PAYMENT

Your written purchase request is a confirmation of your order and bound by our terms and conditions. Full payment is to be paid upon placement of the order prior to the commencement of the manufacture of goods.

At the time of payment Bathroom Mode will ask for your delivery and payment details. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express (surcharges may apply). The payment process will be handled by Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use their service, but if you do, you may also tranfer funds from your Paypal account. Please ensure your Order Reference Number is included to expedite your order

BY PHONE

We will confirm acceptance of your order when you have completed the payment process and we will send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. As we are a registered business a tax invoice will always be provided to you. GST is included within our pricing so there are no hidden surprises and you may shop with confidence.

If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received due to insufficient stock being available, we will contact you by email or telephone to arrange a refund, or a revised delivery time.

TRADE ORDERS

For design professionals, we are can offer trade arrangements when supplied with appropriate business registration information. Ordering must be in writing from the designers/retailers company. Payment is the responsibility of the designer / retailer and it is the responsibility of the designer / retailer to advise their client of the suitability (size, finish etc) of the product for their clients requirements.

DELIVERY

The delivery time for anyone of these units is up to 12 weeks from the time of order. Orders will be shipped to you by a Courier Service of our choosing. Bathroom Mode takes extreme care when packaging your valuable items and is pleased to coordinate furniture delivery on your behalf.

Transit Insurance is included as part of this service. It is important to note that your parcel must be thoroughly checked for damage caused in transit prior to signing for your parcel otherwise if the parcel is signed for and transit damage is evident, insurance is voided. Bathroom Mode is not liable for any damage or discrepancies after the package has been accepted on delivery. Delivery prices are subject to site location. Once an item has been delivered to your person any damages incurred there on after will be responsibility of the purchaser.

Bathroom Mode’s personalised service ensures that your furniture purchase arrives at your door as economically as possible and in the hands of specialists. Upon receiving your order, we will be in contact with an expected delivery date into our warehouse and will commence delivery arrangements in consultation with you. Please expect a delivery time once the item is received into our warehouse of up to 2 weeks (longer for outer country areas or in peak periods) depending on where you are and the direction our drivers are heading.

As our drivers are specialists, we would ask for your patience if delivery takes an extra week or two - you can be assured of your purchase being delivered in trusted hands. Please note that standard furniture delivery has 1 man on the truck, therefore he will require help to lift the item off at point of delivery. If no-one is able to assist an additional fee may apply to cover a further resource. If there will be no-one at home to receive the items on scheduled delivery date, be sure to contact us as a redelivery fee may apply and storage of any goods for a period of time may incur holding costs

Delivery quoted is for the item to be delivered inside the front door for properties with easy access. If you require the item to be transported to the room of your choice or you have difficult access, please contact us for a quotation and we will be pleased to assist.
